What companys are legit as far as negotiating a settlement with IRS for back taxes owed?

I have taxes that I owe that I cannot afford to pay (unless I don't want to eat). That's how bad it is. Im wanting to know what some actual good companies (Lawyers) that are available to do a settlement? I was gonna go with progressive tax group but I've heard nothing but bad things from them. Can someone please help ? If your gonna be rude, please don't even bother answering, im in need for serious help. I have more bills then I can afford now because of a pay cut at my job.
