I have a question about "mold" on my Christmas ornaments?

I was going through my Christmas stuff and one of my boxes full of memory Christmas ornaments smell like mold. Does anyone know how I can get rid of the smell? Some of the ornaments are from when the kids were newborns up to this past Christmas...TY
