Should I drop Chad Pennington?

I know I have asked this before, but I need another opinion. I need two defenses so that I have one just in case the other defense tanks. Also for the simple fact that bye weeks come up pretty soon for some teams. I think I need to drop Pennington to add another defense. I was thinking of adding the Falcons. Should I drop Pennington to add another defense?
