I have two warts in my head.?

Hey guys, i have these two black warts in my head, they have been in under my hair for probably about 6-7 months, i have been to the doctor he said i could get them frozen off or could get some kind of spray that removes them, however, the hair would not grow in that area if i get them frozen. Last time i went doctors he said they should go away within 3 - 4 months, but its been about 8 months and they still have not even gone away abit. Can anyone suggest what i can do, there not that small, probably the size of a skittle lol.
