In Need Of Great Recipes For A Farewell Cook Out!?

My husband and I are leaving July 18th for Fort Benning, GA because he has just received his base ignment. I am hosting a huge cookout for our family and friends at our house before we leave. There will be probably close to 20 people. I have been looking through all kinds of cook books to find something amazing to serve. I have the desserts planned but that is about it. I need side dishes and a main dish. The main dish has to be cooked on the grill but the side dishes can either be stove top or oven. Please help I need great recipes!!! I want this to be the most amazing day so we can say goodbye with good times and GREAT FOOD. Anyone have any amazing recipes??
