I'm an 18 year old female and my fat goes mainly to my midsection? Can I still be attractive to men?

I'm an 18 year old female diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and my fat goes mainly to my stomach and midsection. I have a very... guyish body. My are rather small for my size (B cup) and my backside is rather flat. I'm currently about 5' 8" and 200 pounds, so yes I am obese (however, I'm on a high protein 1000 calorie diet and have been losing weight.) Could a man still find me attractive? Is there any way I can change the way I'm shaped? I have no self esteem.
