I overclocked my computer to 3.2 GHz from 3.0, need help on voltages and how to configure them?

I have a Pentium 4, Socket 478 CPU, its FSB is 800 and i tried overclocking it to 3.2 GHz from its stock manufactured speed of 3.0Ghz, its multiplier is 15. I overclocked it to 3.2GHz but it crashed as i started the computer. Know the cause? My cooling unit is fine it keeps the temperatures at operational levels but im thinking its probably the voltages, anyone know a prorgam i can bump up the voltages with? how much should i bump up the voltages? (This is all through software not BIOS whatsoever).
